Welcome to the Maroge

We are a small horse farm, consisting of 127 acres, located in Southeastern Ohio. The Maroge (pronounced "mirage") is owned and operated by Roger and Marlene Swartz, hence the name Maroge.

Our operation centers around the breeding and raising of top quality American Paint and Tennessee Walking Horses. In our broodmares and our breeding program we pay close attention to conformation, bloodline, disposition, and with our Tennessee Walkers also gait. We like spots and prefer the tobiano coat pattern on our paint horses.

Our Tennessee Walkers have excellent bloodlines such as The Pusher C.G., Roger's Perfection, GLL's Carbon Copy, Ebony Masterpiece, Merry Go Boy, Midnight Sun, and Spotted Alen Again. We enjoy trail riding with family and friends. If you're looking for a horse to trail ride, show or for breeding purposes, our horses will fit your needs.
